Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP qualified counsellor working in a person-centred way. This means I offer a warm, supportive and nurturing environment where I will listen without judgement and prejudice to whatever feels most significant to you. I believe being heard can help you feel understood and less alone in the world.
I have a background in the NHS providing physical and emotional rehabilitation to stroke and neurological impaired patients. I have counselling experience supporting clients coping with bereavement as well as those affected by a life-limiting illness such as cancer. I currently work with BUPA counselling Macmillan and oncology clients. I also work with many other concerns, for example, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and self-esteem
I understand that some situations or life changing events can become over whelming and difficult leading to intense feelings . Although it may not be possible to change your situation, I can provide a non-judgmental, warm, empathic, relaxed space that may help you untangle your feelings, feel more in control and make decisions.
Starting therapy can be daunting and seem like a big step. I hope to be able to put you at ease and feel less isolated on your journey.

She creates a warm, supportive and nurturing environment and listens without judgement or prejudice to whatever feels most significant to the person seeking support. Francesca believes that being heard can help people feel understood and less alone.
She has a background in the NHS, providing physical and emotional rehabilitation to stroke and neurologically impaired patients. Francesca also has counselling experience supporting clients through bereavement and working with people affected by life-limiting illnesses such as cancer. She currently works with BUPA counselling, Macmillan and oncology clients.
Francesca supports a wide range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, grief, parenting challenges, anger, self-esteem, career questions, coping with life changes and compassion fatigue. As a female, older, liberal therapist, she brings an empathic and relaxed approach to her work, drawing on three years of clinical experience.
She understands that certain situations or life-changing events can become overwhelming and lead to intense feelings. Although it may not always be possible to change the situation, Francesca offers a non-judgmental, warm and empathic space to help untangle emotions, regain a sense of control and make decisions. Starting therapy can feel daunting, and she aims to put people at ease and help them feel less isolated on their journey.
Many people ask whether online therapy can really make a difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to them: through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
Therapists who provide online support are licensed professionals, and people are free to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy offers a practical, effective route to support for everyday mental health challenges.
