Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, and welcome.
I offer an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to meet each client’s unique needs. I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting difficulties, career transitions, OCD, complex PTSD, and neurodiversity.
My experience supporting people who have lived through trauma and emotional abuse led me to train in REWIND therapy, a gentle and effective method for processing traumatic memories.
My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I blend cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive approaches to create a safe and empowering space for healing and growth.
It takes courage to begin the journey toward change. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, research indicates that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes it a viable option for many seeking support.
One clear benefit is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For those balancing work, family or other commitments, online therapy can provide accessible, consistent support without sacrificing professional standards of care.
