When appropriate for a client, Dr. Bailey may incorporate Alpha-Stim biofeedback as an adjunct for severe and persistent depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and insomnia. She customizes treatment plans and therapeutic dialogue to the individual, working to meet each client’s unique needs.
Dr. Bailey recognizes that beginning therapy can feel intimidating and commends clients for taking steps toward change. She is available to support and empower those who are ready to begin and looks forward to working with them.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, research indicates that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility - clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to maintain consistency and fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Online therapy is provided by licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
