I’m trained as an Integrative counsellor which means I can use different approaches depending on the needs of the client. I offer a safe and confidential space where together, we can explore the difficulties you’re experiencing in a supportive and non-judgemental way. I’m passionate about empowering clients to overcome their challenges to achieve the life they want.
I work with depression, anxiety, loss, life changes and other mental health issues.
I have a particular interest in working with all different relationships. Exploring patterns and identifying dynamics, understanding attachment and responses, to building self- awareness and give you the power to change and attract the relationships you deserve.
Another particular area I enjoy helping my clients with is personal growth, discovering, rediscovering or creating your true self to allow you to live a wholehearted, authentic life.
I’m a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), my model of care is rooted in its ethical framework. I’m flexible to work short or long-term with adults (18+).
I’m committed to receiving supervision and continuing professional development to ensure that I provide a high quality service.
