Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a female Licensed Certified Social Worker in Arkansas with 44 years of experience. I am also a Reiki healer. I have had many years of experience and training in hypnotherapy and combine the hypnotic trance with healing techniques when requested. I work with clients to transform obstacles into resources and become the best version of themselves–one that goes beyond what their conscious mind thought was possible. Approaches I love are Mindfulness, Creative Change, and Wellness, and Healing. I tailor the model of treatment to the client rather than the client to the model of treatment
I loved my work so much that I made many lateral moves, wanting to know as much about each area of therapy as possible. I stayed at a job for an average of two years before moving to another job to explore another area. For example, if I were were working with children, I would move to a job working with domestic violence, then addictions, then psychiatric disorders, etc. As a result, I have become a very competent generalist in all areas of therapy. I work with clients as a working team in a warm, interactive way.
I have also worked extensively with active duty military service members and their families. I was a Military and Family Life Consultant, working with active duty military and their families on military bases for 10 years. I continue to love working with our military population.
I have great respect for people who seek help for obstacles that are troublesome in their lives and work hard with them to achieve their goals. I have worked on my own issues in therapy to insure that my clients get excellent help from an emotionally healthy person.
I would love to support you in your life journey.

Eileen Cauley is a female licensed social worker in Arkansas with 44 years of clinical experience. She integrates traditional therapeutic approaches with complementary healing modalities, including Reiki and hypnotherapy, using hypnotic trance combined with healing techniques when clients request that approach.
Her work emphasizes transforming obstacles into resources and helping people become versions of themselves that exceed conscious expectations. She favors approaches such as mindfulness, creative change, wellness, and healing, and she adapts the treatment model to fit each client rather than asking the client to fit a fixed model.
Over the course of her career she pursued many lateral moves to deepen her knowledge across areas of practice, typically spending about two years in each role before moving to a different therapeutic setting. That pattern of exploration included work with children, domestic violence, addictions, and psychiatric disorders, among other areas, which has made her a highly capable generalist who engages clients as active team members in a warm, interactive manner.
She also spent 10 years serving active duty service members and their families as a Military and Family Life Consultant on military bases, and she continues to value working with the military population. She holds Arkansas social work licensure as both a clinical social worker and a licensed social worker, reflecting her formal professional credentials in the state.
Eileen has great respect for people who seek help for difficult issues and works hard alongside them to reach their goals. She has engaged in her own therapeutic work to ensure she offers care from an emotionally healthy perspective. She would welcome the opportunity to support someone on their life journey.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
A major benefit is scheduling flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to weave therapy into a busy life and to keep consistent appointments.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients can change therapists. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option for support and progress.
