Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a trauma informed Counsellor, I offer a heartfelt space where you, at your own comfortable pace, feel able to explore difficult memories, feelings, thoughts, behaviours and relationships.
In order to facilitate the process of healing, I draw from such modalities as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Compassion Focused, Solution Focused Approaches, Trauma Informed Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Focusing (Gendlin), Clean Language Inquiry, and Existential psychotherapy.
I was drawn to counselling due to my personal experiences of trauma and various addictions that I have been able to successfully work through. This personal experience has rendered me a sense of confidence that there is an immense healing power in each individual provided we have the ‘necessary conditions’ available.
I believe that the aim of the therapy is to provide you with these ‘necessary conditions’ to enable you to heal the wounds from the past that are still affecting you now.
Here is some of the feedback I have received from my clients:
‘I feel like I can accept myself and I feel more positive about the future’
‘I feel like I am now kinder to myself’
‘No matter what happens, I’ve always got me’
‘I feel more empowered knowing that I can always take a pause and attend to my feelings with compassion’
I feel that true healing happens when we realise our inherent worthiness; when we are able to pause and savour our essential nature of simply being alive just as we are. And this comes with acceptance and self-compassion. As C.Rogers once put it: ”When you accept yourself just as you are, then you can change’
Please, feel free to get in touch and we can look for solutions together that you cannot find on your own.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients are able to switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit.
