Diana Simpson-Hinds is an experienced, accredited therapist based in the United Kingdom, with 21 years working with individuals, couples and families. She is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and brings extensive experience supporting people through parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, bereavement, feelings of abandonment, life transitions and relationship concerns.
Her approach is warm, interactive and non-judgemental, grounded in respect and compassion. Diana uses an integrative model of therapy, drawing on cognitive behavioural techniques, humanistic principles, solution-focused work and family systems therapy to suit each person or family’s circumstances.
She holds a BA (Hons) in psychology and counselling studies, a master’s degree in psychology and has completed advanced training in Family Systems Trauma. Diana adapts her work to the goals a client wants to achieve, creating a safe space to speak openly and develop practical skills.
Diana is committed to helping clients increase self-awareness and build the abilities they need to reach their potential. She recognises that beginning counselling takes courage and offers support throughout the therapeutic journey.
For many common concerns - including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and adapting to life changes - online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that remote sessions work well for these types of issues.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility helps therapy fit into busy lives and makes it easier to maintain regular contact.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if you feel another fit would be better you can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers a practical and accessible route to begin or continue therapeutic work while keeping the same standards of professional care.
