Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Embarking on the first step of therapy can feel really scary. Having the courage to discuss what is troubling you with a counsellor can be a really hard thing to do. Sometimes it is difficult to find the words to describe how you are feeling. I can support you with this and help you to explore and to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I work with clients that bring a wide range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, bereavement and trauma. I also have experience of working with baby loss, infertility and menopause.
I am an Integrative counsellor with over 4 years experience. The approach I use sees me drawing on techniques such as person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). I also use solution focussed brief therapy (SFBT). I tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients. Maybe you are looking for techniques to cope with difficult situations or to help with personal growth. I know from my own experience how difficult it can be to reach out for help and how important it is to find the right person to talk to.
I provide short term counselling – typically 6 sessions. I offer a warm, safe and open space where you are free to be you. I offer a non judgemental approach. It takes courage and bravery to seek counselling support. With help you can take steps to create the life you are looking for. Allow me to walk on your journey with you and together we can explore ways to discover a path that will help you find clarity.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy can offer outcomes similar to traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed clients have the option to switch therapists at any time. This adaptability helps people find the right therapeutic relationship and approach for their needs.
