I am a Registered Therapist MBACP with 6 years of professional work experience. As a psycho-dynamic psychoanalytic therapist, I work therapeutically to bring the unconscious mind into consciousness by helping individuals to unravel experiences, improve self-awareness and understand their true, deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
