Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I began working in counselling in 2014. Since then, I have helped clients with relationship issues, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with anxiety and depression. I have some experience working with the aftermath of domestic abuse through volunteering with a local charity.
I value learning about my clients. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming life’s challenges. I am here to support you in that process. We may find that small changes can have a big impact on your life and happiness.
My training in Integrative and Pluralistic Counselling means I include a range of theories, ideas, and tools in my practice, tailoring my approach to the needs of each unique client, and their situation and goals. We may work in the present, or explore your past, as suits the situation and your aims. What I know you will get is a compassionate, nonjudgemental, safe space, where I will be fully present with you, enabling you to talk freely in the knowledge that you are secure and supported.
My main aim is to ensure you are comfortable and feel safe to open up and share your story and your ambition with me so that we can enjoy a productive therapeutic relationship that allows you to achieve your goals.
I hope to meet with you soon and look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online work is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed at any time, clients can switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access support for many everyday mental health concerns.
