Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I have worked for 9 years in the NHS and in private practice.
I imagine you are here looking for support and maybe a place to talk about things that are playing on your mind, that are causing you to feel stuck or trapped. Perhaps you have emotions that are spiralling out of control – maybe you are feeling frustrated or anxious a lot of the time and find it exhausting. Or maybe you feel down, flat and don’t know what you can do about it. Life can really seem overwhelming at times – like with the breakdown of a relationship or the loss of someone you love. At times like these I think it can be an act of courage and strength to ask for help.
My own experiences have allowed me to value the importance of counselling. I will provide a unique, relaxed and safe space where you can be heard. The relationship is central to the therapy and I work to ensure that trust and confidentiality is established.
Counselling can help you to have better understanding of yourself and others and support you to make positive and empowering change.
Please note that I am not able to provide Counselling via Messaging.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For everyday concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparably effective to traditional face-to-face work.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating professionals are licensed, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible path to support for a range of common mental health and life challenges.
