Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
You’re probably curious to learn a bit about me and my style. Here goes..
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan, California, and Virginia and have been working with individuals who are looking to make some kind of change in their life for the past 5 years. I began working with women who are survivors of domestic abuse and/or sexual assault and have also worked with individuals who are struggling with substance use and are looking to make a change in their life. Each and every person brings a unique set of strengths and talents to the table that they already have. I believe that each individual I work with has the chance to succeed with their goals and skills that we develop together in sessions
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness utilizing a trauma informed empowerment approach. I am also a sex positive and kink aware therapist. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you. It would be an honor for me to be part of your journey

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy is often comparable to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable to them – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers if they feel a different match would be better. This combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a practical option for addressing a wide range of common mental health and life concerns.
