Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello there, please call me Danni!
I am a person-centred therapist who truly believes in the holistic benefits of a relationship between client and counsellor who is here to listen. I have been part of the mental health and helping community for a long time, and a licenced therapist for over five years.
My therapy style is warm and empathic. I offer an authentic, non-judgemental and safe space to vocalise and sit with any problems you may have. I am not, and never will be an expert on you, only you are. I can however be a touchstone for your emotional needs, and truly listen to facilitate a better relationship with yourself. When you start to reflect on yourself and accept who you are now, you can begin to change and improve relationships around you. What is most important is feeling that you are with the right person, and we will start with getting to know each other.
Primarily I am a person-centred counsellor, but I like to borrow techniques from CBT, Gestalt, Pluralistic and other therapeutic styles.
I enjoy creativity and like to think outside the box sometimes, using techniques from music, play, drama and art therapies too.
What really matters, is what you find helpful, and we will discuss boundaries and what is right for you.
I am open to working with all people with all problems, but I specialise in relationships and sex. I am alternative, non-binary and kink-friendly and have a lifetime of being part of the LGBTQ + community.
Areas of experience:
ADHD, Austism, Anxiety, Stress, Relationship issues, Depression, Career Issues, Anger Management, Coping with Change, Sex, Gender and Body Issues and Trauma and Abuse.

Danielle Hall, who often goes by Danni, is a person-centred counsellor based in the United Kingdom with six years of professional experience and a long history of involvement in the mental health and helping community.
Her approach is warm and empathic, creating an authentic and non-judgemental space where people can be listened to and feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. She works from the belief that the client is the expert on their own life, while she offers a steady, responsive presence to support emotional needs and foster a healthier relationship with the self.
Danielle uses a primarily person-centred framework and draws on techniques from CBT, Gestalt, Pluralistic methods and other therapeutic styles as fitting for each person. She enjoys creative methods and sometimes incorporates elements from music, play, drama and art therapies where these are helpful and appropriate.
She places importance on reflection and self-acceptance as routes to change and improved relationships, and begins therapy by getting to know each person and agreeing boundaries and approaches that suit them. Danielle is open to working with people experiencing a wide range of issues, and she specialises in relationships and sex.
Danielle identifies as alternative, non-binary and kink-friendly, and has a lifetime of involvement in the LGBTQ+ community. Her areas of experience include ADHD, autism, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression, career difficulties, anger management, coping with change, sex, gender and body issues, and trauma and abuse.
Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, evidence shows that remote therapy can be as effective as face-to-face work for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and daily routines.
All therapists in this model are licensed professionals, and if you ever feel you need a different fit you are able to switch to another therapist. Online therapy offers an accessible route to support while keeping the same standards of professional care you would expect from in-person sessions.
