Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist accredited in the UK, and I use a blend of person-centred therapy, attachment theory and CBT in my practice. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, low-mood and depression, relationship concerns, identity, gender, disordered eating and lack of motivation. I also have supported clients who have experienced historical trauma and attachment disorders.
I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic space, and provide empathy, compassion and empowerment. I tailor each session individually to your needs, and will collaboratively develop therapeutic goals to support you in finding direction and increasing your understanding of yourself. I believe everyone is deserving of respect and understanding. I also have a special interest in eco-therapy, and integrating the wider environment into our understandings of ourselves.
Asking for help is an act of bravery, and I am here to support and help you move forward into a more authentic and fulfilled life.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or messaging within an app. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
Therapists offering online support are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapist if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can therefore provide accessible, practical support for many common concerns while allowing people to engage in the way that feels most comfortable to them.
