Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Utah with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, substance use, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I use a collaborative approach in which I work with clients to jointly define goals for treatment.
I am trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, but I have ample experience working with individuals as well. I use a variety of approaches- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
That said, I find that the fit between client and therapist often matters more than the particular approach, and I place a great deal of importance on establishing and maintaining an effective therapeutic alliance.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
Also- my schedule is somewhat flexible most weeks. If you are looking for an appointment and don’t see a time that works, please message me and I will see what I can do to fit you in. However, please note that I typically do not see clients in the evenings or on weekends.

Research and practice indicate that for many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person treatment. It offers a practical alternative for addressing these issues without reducing the quality of care.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can meet with therapists in the format that fits their routines and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to maintain consistent attendance and integrate therapy into busy lives.
All therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they seek a different therapeutic fit. For many people, the flexibility and accessibility of online therapy make it a viable and effective route for support and progress.
