Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me and My Practice
I work from a humanistic, client-centred perspective, which means our sessions will be guided by where you are on the day and what feels most important to you. Together, we can explore recurring themes, stuck points, and patterns in your life, while also looking forward to where you would like to be.
I am trained in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, having gained my Postgraduate Diploma at the University of East London. Before this, I completed courses in Person-Centred Counselling and Life Coaching. This background allows me to work flexibly with a wide range of clients and issues.
My starting point is always person-centred — creating a safe, supportive space where you set the pace and bring what matters to you. As our relationship develops, we may draw on different approaches such as CBT, NLP, or Coaching to support you in setting and achieving your own goals.
Sessions last 45 minutes, and the first few will focus on understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. It’s also a chance to see if we’re a good fit — not every therapist will feel right for every person, so it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable working with.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch therapists if a different fit is preferred. Online therapy offers an alternative route to support without changing the core goals and practices of therapeutic work.
