Claire Kelly is a trauma-informed psycho-spiritual counsellor, UK qualified and governed by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). She holds three years of formal counselling experience and brings that clinical training together with a long background in bodywork and holistic therapy.
Alongside her counselling work, Claire draws on thirty years as a bodyworker and holistic practitioner to support clients in aligning with their true purpose. That combined experience informs her approach to helping people navigate both ordinary life transitions and more severe, unexpected events.
She supports people through rites of passage as well as through grief and loss or chronic illness, offering an open space where thoughts and feelings can be expressed without fear of judgment. As a person-centred counsellor, Claire walks alongside clients to help unravel their inner wisdom and restore balance.
Claire recognises that taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and she is available to provide support throughout that process.
Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch providers if they want a different match. Online therapy offers an accessible route to support for many everyday mental health needs.
