Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you struggling with life? Perhaps you are tired of feeling anxious, low or have experienced a difficult life event which you are struggling to cope with. Do you find yourself consumed by worries and unable to break out of negative cycles ? Would you like a safe non-judgmental confidential space to be heard, understood and find new ways of coping? If so, then counselling may be able to help you move forward.
I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist, hold a First Class Honours Degree in Therapeutic Counselling, a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and am a certified Rewind Trauma Therapist with IARTT.
I have experience of working with both adults and young people who experience difficulties ranging from anxiety, panic, worry, low-mood, grief, sexual abuse and difficulties with relationships to processing traumatic experience. I work deeply and collaboratively with my clients to help them understand how their past experiences impacts on them in the here and now and explore what they can do differently to help them move forward to a better place.
I believe that we are all unique and a product of our own subjective experience. I work with you to find out what you would like to achieve from your therapy and tailor the sessions accordingly. I take an integrative approach which means I incorporate elements of different therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic and Rewind Trauma Therapy (for PTSD), all of which are built on a solid Person-Centred base which focuses on the client-therapist relationship, the most important factor of any therapy undertaken.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that people can make meaningful progress through remote work for these kinds of issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine or to access support from a different location.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and it is possible to change therapists if someone feels a different fit would be more helpful. For many, online therapy provides a practical and effective route to professional support without needing to attend in person.
