About Me
I am a qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Social Worker and Meditation Instructor. My focus is on supporting you to make the changes you desire towards living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
I decided to train as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist after experiencing the fantastic and lasting impact it had on my own life. Counselling and Hypnotherapy were transformative in my life and have allowed me to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. I would like to share these amazing benefits with others.
I have definitely found my calling in life and am very passionate about counselling and hypnotherapy and the transformative and empowering impacts it can have on a person’s life.
I use a range of approaches in order to tailor to your individual needs but mainly the person centred approach. I draw from my experience as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and also from working as Social Worker with children and adults who have experienced, trauma, loss, abuse and mental health difficulties and clients who are neurodivergent.

Hypnotherapy helps by supporting you to experience a deep level of relaxation. It can help you towards making changes to behaviours and patterns at a subconscious level.
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way of helping you towards reprogramming subconscious beliefs and patterns of behaviour. Hypnotherapy can be very powerful in helping you to make positive changes especially when used alongside counselling.

I can work with you around anxiety reduction, managing panic attacks and fears / phobias. I can also work with you around improving your sleep and sleep hygiene. I can work with you around depression, low mood and the therapies I offer are neuro affirming and trauma informed.
I am also a qualified Social Worker and have many years of experience of working with adopted children and adults and offer counselling for adopted adults.
