Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi I am Christine, I am a BACP registered therapeutic counsellor, and I am based in Lincolnshire in England. I have undertaken extensive online therapy training in order to give the best service to my clients. I have worked within the NHS, in a social care setting and with individuals with physical disabilities, in the armed forces and their families.
My training is of a person-centred background, which means that I believe that every person is unique. No two people’s experiences are the same, which is why paying attention to you as a person, seeing how you experience your world and the challenges you face is my priority. We can work together to find the right way of facing these difficulties and move forward in a way that feels right to you. I will sit with you, listen to what you are experiencing, and together we will make a plan to structure your sessions with me and how we communicate, to your needs in order to be able get you on the way to feeling better. It is important to find a place where you can build trust, belonging and stability. If you feel you would like to explore working with me please get in touch.
If you require evening appointments please message me and I can give you my availability. Due to the demand of these sessions I have to manage these in my diary.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Each participating therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
