My name is Christine Asikuru and I am a qualified and registered member of BACP. I have been working in an educational setting for 7 years and offered one to one and group counselling sessions to students and parents.I currently provide individual face to face ,Skype,Zoom and telephone sessions to adults and young people in my private practice located in North London.
I am a compassionate and open minded counselor who will always accept you for who you are and provide you with a safe ,confidential and non -judgmental space,During our session together , we will find ways to explore any problems which may be affecting your life.We will work together to gain a deeper understanding of any challenging negative patterns which you may be experiencing. I will also support you to think about yourself ,so that you can make sense of your feelings and understand yourself better.The counselling sessions will also help you gain inner strength and provide you with support whilst improving your well being in different areas of your life.

Although my core training is person-centered,which is based on the belief that every human being has the potential to grow.I also use a variety of counselling approaches
such as humanistic,Psychoanalytic,Cognitive and behavioral therapy,depending on the individual needs of a clients,

The goal of her work is to help people build inner strength and to improve wellbeing across different areas of life.
