I have a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Parkside and a Master of Science in Education-Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin.
My style of counseling is utilizing Motivational Interviewing techniques to elicit change talk. My approach is comforting, supportive, and encouraging. I have experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy with interest in forgiveness, healthy relationships, and co-occurring disorders.
