Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Person-centred cousellor and therapist in Stockport, Greater Manchester with 3 years clinical practice and running my own business for the past year. I work with clients on a range of issues depression, anxiety, relationships, loss, death, trauma and low mood to name a few. My main passion though as a male counsellor is getting more men to talk about their experiences and feelings and not to just bottle it all up until explodes.
My therapy style is relaxed and yet supportive and warm. I believe each person is unique and therefore has unique issues that they bring to therapy. No one person is the same as we all have different experiences and backgrounds. I embrace what my clients bring into the session as it is their objective view and theirs alone. That being said, I will accompany you through your journey of growth and understanding using empathy, genuineness and positive regard. This allows you to come to your own conclusions and answers to how best to fix the issues you face. You are, after all the expert of your own life.
Therapy with me seeks to get you to a place where you can deal with the pain of the past, move on from that bad relationship break up or that job loss and move on to a brighter future that you decide what happens and not weighted down with issues from the past.
If this is where you want to be then I look forward to meeting with you soon.
