Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

We all need someone to talk to at times. Someone who can help us gain insight and a new perspective on things. Someone who will listen without judgement, who can provide the help and support to get things back on track so we can enjoy life and our relationships again. I believe every person is unique and as such they deserve a service that is tailored to their unique needs and situation. I work from an Integrative approach which means I can adapt and use a wide range of therapeutic approaches to help you achieve your goals. I will provide the time and space to feel comfortable with the process without feeling judged as we work together to help you adapt and cope better with the stresses that life tends to throw at us. I provide a warm and friendly professional service, working with you-for you.

Over the past 14 years I have found myself in the privileged position to be able to help my clients work towards dealing with a wide range of issues and supported them as they work towards a better quality of life. As a former nurse in the NHS, I understand the challenges physical health has upon the emotional and psychological wellbeing of not only the individual, but also on their relationships with partners, their children and the whole family. I have been able to utilise my years of experience and knowledge of health-related issues to be able to provide psychological and emotional support clients who are living with acute and chronic health conditions. This includes conditions such as recovering from major surgery, cancer treatment, CFS and MS, Chronic Pain and more recently, those suffering from Long Covid.

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people want to know whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.

A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care when schedules or circumstances change.

Each therapist you work with will be a licensed professional, and if you feel a different match would be better you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy make it a practical and effective option as they work toward their goals.
