Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome, I’m Charlotte. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming and daunting. I have supported people with a range of difficulties including depression and anxiety, relationship issues, feelings of stress and overwhelm and bereavement to name a few. I have completed specialist training in working with adult survivors of sexual violence, abuse, trauma and PTSD. I am a registered member of the Association of Counselling and psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework, as part of this I attend regular professional supervision as well as ongoing training.
I could help you to move on from whatever may be troubling you, including both deep rooted issues and day to day difficulties. I aim to create a safe space, free from judgement to explore the important things which have brought you to therapy. We’ll work in collaboration towards your goals, to help you develop tools to help you cope with future challenges and at a pace which feels comfortable for you.
I offer both short and long term therapy. I am an integrative therapist, which means I utilise a variety of different techniques dependant on what may be most beneficial to you and the issues you’d like to work on. Previous clients have described me as trustworthy, reliable and patient.
Reaching out for help takes courage, well done for taking the first step. My practice is more than just a job to me, I truly care about each and every individual I work with. You’ll be treated with respect and sensitivity- it is a real honour to share in your therapeutic journey. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I look forward to working together.
