Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I hear people ask how they should know if they need therapy – the answer is, if you feel like you might, then you could probably benefit from it.
I work with people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, dealing with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, or sometimes just not feeling quite ‘themselves’.
You don’t need to bring a diagnosis or a plan; just come as you are and we’ll figure out the rest together. My job is to help you make sense of what’s going on, by untangling those thoughts and feelings, to help you start feeling more like yourself.
I am based in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience working with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored without fear of judgment.

People often wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – individuals can choose the way of communicating that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and someone may switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
