My philosophy is that I work together with my clients to individualize therapy. It’s most important that I listen to what my clients are saying and that I’m with them in the moment. We work together to create a unique plan that to help achieve goals in measurable ways. After about a month, most of my clients starts to see positive changes in their lives.
My goals are to aid my clients in developing insight, effective coping skills, communication skills, and to manage unhealthy feelings and behaviors.
