Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I originally started my career as a musician and then fell into social work for my masters. I have spent the majority of my time working with youth and adolescents and LGBTQ groups, but many issues have universality. I believe that no approach is one size fits all and I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I will gear the therapy towards a process that is best for you and your therapeutic goals. There might be times when I give you some hard tasks and give you difficult questions to answer, but the goal is for you to reflect the current state of your emotions and how is the best way for you to work through the change you wish to see

Many people wonder whether working with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or access care from different locations.
Therapists offering remote services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different match. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to address common mental health concerns while accommodating their daily lives.
