Brandi Loudermilk welcomes the opportunity to support people who are ready to make change. She sees therapy as an invitation to join clients in their lives, learning and growing alongside them as they take the next steps in their personal journeys.
With a decade of clinical experience, Brandi focuses on helping individuals, partners, and families build and strengthen the skills needed to create more fulfilling lives and relationships. Her work addresses stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and intimacy-related concerns, including sexual performance and related issues.
Over the past 10 years she has worked with a wide range of presenting concerns, such as consensual non-monogamy, BDSM and kink, relational conflict, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and severe and persistent mental illnesses. Through her education and clinical practice, she has developed a particular interest in supporting societally non-traditional relationship systems and members of the LGBTQIA community.
Brandi holds a Kansas license to practice as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and is honored to walk alongside clients during times of transformation. Her goal is to offer steady guidance and practical tools so individuals, couples, and families can move toward the lives they want to live.
Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience - clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video appointment, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, practical way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
