Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in Oklahoma for nearly two decades. I have spent the last several years specializing in the treatment of interpersonal trauma and have a real passion for working with individuals who are considered “the walking wounded” as so many have the experience of having a childhood they need to heal from. I have been in the field since 2003 and have honed my ability to work with individuals who have challenges with establishing and maintaining healthy coping skills, ensuring safe boundaries and those who want to learn ways to navigate relationships. I enjoy the process of therapy and strive to make sure individuals understand that they are the hero of their own stories.
My counseling style is a nice hybrid of reflective and directive, because I know that sometimes individuals desire to be seen, felt, and heard and other times individuals value working out the steps necessary to move forward when life feels overwhelming and hard. True change comes from feeling valued, having strong connections and understanding your worth, when you are ready for that, I am here to help you feel empowered.

Autumn Cooper is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with 20 years of clinical experience. She has been in the field since 2003 and holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma (OK LPC 3658).
For the last several years she has focused on treating interpersonal trauma and has a strong commitment to working with individuals often described as the “walking wounded” who have childhood experiences that need healing. Her work centers on supporting people through recovery from early wounds and helping them build healthier patterns.
Over her career she has refined her skill in helping clients who struggle to establish and maintain effective coping skills, set and protect boundaries, and learn practical ways to navigate relationships. She finds the process of therapy rewarding and works to help each person recognize their own role as the central figure in their life story.
Her counseling approach combines reflective listening with direct guidance. Autumn understands that sometimes people need to be seen, felt, and heard, while at other times they want clear steps to move forward when life feels overwhelming. She believes meaningful change grows from feeling valued, forming strong connections, and recognizing personal worth, and she is available to help individuals feel empowered when they are ready.
Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different match they are free to switch providers. Online therapy offers a practical option for many people seeking support while maintaining the same professional standards as face-to-face care.
