Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am a fully licensed counselor in North Carolina. I have experience with individuals that are school-aged (K-12), young adults, and adults. I have been in the field of mental health for 9 years and 1 year within a residential substance use and mental health residential program. I completed my undergraduate degree at North Carolina A&T State University and my graduate degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and PhD in Developmental Psychology from Capella University. My treatment approach is to work with my clients on what they would like to achieve and assist them with making their personal goals but when they need a gentle nudge/reminder I am there for those needs as well as support. I see the best in my clients and provide them with the necessary tools to be able to see the best within themselves while acknowledging their efforts, big or small!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online care is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy is a practical, effective choice.
