Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello!
My name is Ashley Chiariello and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida for 17 years. I have extensive experience counseling individuals through grief and loss, end-of-life issues, depression and anxiety. I have counseled couples in early marriage difficulties and elderly couples in adaptation to life changes. My counseling approach is Cognitive Behavioral so we will explore how our thoughts shape our emotional responses. We will work together to shape those thoughts into ‘What is Real and What is True’ in order to experience freedom in living life to the fullest. My desire for you is that you discover how to live life with joy that surpasses life circumstances. My counseling style is warm and approachable; we will laugh, cry and figure it out together.

Ashley Chiariello is a Florida-licensed mental health counselor with 24 years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively with individuals facing grief and loss, end-of-life concerns, depression, and anxiety, and she has supported couples through early marriage challenges as well as older couples adapting to life changes.
Her work is grounded in a Cognitive Behavioral approach – she helps clients examine how thoughts shape emotional responses and then collaborates with them to reframe those thoughts into a clearer sense of “What is Real and What is True.” Ashley’s aim is to help people move toward living with a sense of joy that is not limited by circumstances.
Known for a warm and approachable counseling style, she engages with clients in a collaborative way that allows space for both laughter and tears while working toward practical, meaningful change.
Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
