Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi
I’m Anna, thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I am a qualified counsellor and have been working in mental health and social care for over ten years. I have a wide range of experience and have supported people with many different concerns from work stress, to PTSD. Everyone comes to counselling with a very different set of experiences and so I strongly believe in treating everyone as an individual, I tailor my work around what will work best for you and always aim to take on board any hopes or expectations you may have for our work together. I work by providing a safe and non-judgemental space for you to be able to explore your experiences and together we can then work out how you want to proceed with this, it may be that talking things through is all you need and that this provides you with the support and catharsis that enables you to face your challenges with more resilience, or it might be that you would like to look at some specific techniques and coping strategies. Whatever it is you are looking for we can come up with a plan together to help you to manage the stresses of life. I also specialise in trauma work and there are a range of specialist approaches that can really help you to put traumatic events behind you and finally move on with your life. If any of what I offer sounds like what you’re looking for please do get in touch, I would love to be able to support you with whatever is troubling you.

She treats each person as an individual and adapts her approach to suit their needs and goals. She specialises in trauma work and makes use of a range of specialist approaches to help people move forward after distressing events. Anna works with issues including stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, self-esteem, depression, LGBT matters, relationship and family difficulties, intimacy-related issues, eating and sleeping concerns, parenting, anger, and coping with life changes.
If any of these areas match what someone is seeking, Anna welcomes contact to discuss how she might provide support.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For the kinds of issues listed above, online sessions provide an accessible way to access professional support.
