Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a therapist and social activist, I have a passion for supporting other world changers in being able to care for themselves while they do the hard work of making the world a better place. I have spent my career in the trenches of community and social activism. I have a passion for helping others and personally experienced the emotional toll this work can have on your personal life. As a person of faith, my work is grounded in my own spirituality but I also realize this does not safeguard us from compassion fatigue. I can help my clients to navigate the stresses of life to find ways to connect to natural and community based supports. My goal is to help my clients to embrace their sense of call to their vocation, while also learning to balance other parts of their lives with outlets for joy and creativity in order to combat stress, depression and anxiety.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit of remote care is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to attend sessions consistently.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many individuals, remote therapy provides accessible, effective support for everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
