Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor and am in my fifth year as a counselor, however, I have worked in the mental healthcare field since 2009. Prior to becoming a counselor, I worked with kids, adults, and families that needed help with behavior modification. I have a masters degree in psychology and a masters in counseling.
I graduated with an emphasis on trauma, grief, and crisis counseling. I have a lot of experience working with depression, anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, and trauma. I use a lot of cognitive behavioral therapy but I also think the mindfulness approach is very effective. I’m also very client-centered. I am a Veteran and enjoy working with other vets.
I have a quiet voice and am very empathetic although I can also be tough without being pushy. I look forward to meeting every unique individual and doing my best to help with what may be troubling them.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy really makes a difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable for them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit care into busy schedules and to maintain continuity when life circumstances change.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to receive professional support for many everyday mental health concerns while preserving the same kinds of therapeutic approaches used in office-based care.
