Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
For over two decades, I have delivered relationship counselling sessions and services, created healthy relationship programs and courses for thousands of individual clients; couples, groups, and young people across Australia and the South Pacific.
My approach is grounded in contemporary, evidence-based psychological research, offering expert mental health support across diverse relationship contexts and environments. I also incorporate broad ranges of clinical psychotherapeutic tools and Gestalt principles gained from tertiary post-graduate studies and build in mindfulness practices which draw upon my meditation traditions and learned experiences of living in USA, Asia and India.
Central to my work is helping clients uncover their unique strengths and abilities, develop new skills and insights, and build genuine relationships with themselves and others. This is achieved through cultivating effective coping strategies focused on building resilience and fostering acceptance, ultimately supporting authentic personal growth. Together, we can identify and address unhealthy relationship dynamics, equipping clients with practical tools to manage mental health challenges and navigate life’s difficulties.
I guide couples at any stage of their marriage or partnership, fostering deeper communication, nurturing emotional and physical intimacy, and addressing both common and complex relationship challenges, as well as unhelpful behavioural dynamics.
Our sessions may incorporate psychometric assessments and targeted worksheets that provide valuable insights into behaviour, with remedial strategies designed to promote growth and harmony within the relationship and individually.
Before pursuing postgraduate studies in mental health, I worked as an IT Business Analyst across Asia and North America, focusing on analysing corporate business needs and designing software solutions that consistently exceeded client expectations.
Following in my family’s footsteps, I joined the Defence Forces as a young school leaver and trained as a nurse, gaining experience in weapons handling, nuclear warfare protocols, and pushing my physical endurance.
I have logged over 30,000 ocean miles as a performance and recreational skipper and navigator, including building my own sailing boat. In my free time I surf and have volunteered for many years as a surf lifesaving rookie trainer, lifeguard, and surf boat crew.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep passion for supporting people through significant life challenges, optimising personal well being, building healthy endurance, and cultivating resilience. My focus has always been on integrating counselling methodologies that enhance both psychological well-being and physical health. I am deeply committed to creating approaches that work, not only provide crucial support during mental health crises, relationship issues, but also nurture authentic personal growth and resilience over the long term. With empathy and compassion, I focus on the vital connection between mind and body, crafting wholistic strategies that empower individuals to thrive both mentally and physically.

One major advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to include therapy in a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients are free to change therapists at any time if they are seeking a different fit. For those seeking effective, convenient support for everyday mental health and relationship issues, online therapy can be a practical and evidence-informed option.
