Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience working with people of all ages. I have worked with clients who are experiencing a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, struggles with parenting, adjustment and career challenges and grief and loss. I also have experience working with people who have experienced trauma and abuse.
My counseling style is strengths based and client centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and task-centered therapy. Because we are interrelated and interdependent, I believe it’s also important to look at the systems that affect our lives. I assist clients to develop goals and put into action a means to meet those goals
Seeking therapy is a courageous step towards leading a happier and more fulfilling life. It takes strength to show vulnerability. It has always been my honor to have the trust of a client as they begin to see their own strength and resiliency and to feel empowered.
I look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be comparable to traditional in-person sessions. It offers an accessible way to address these issues without sacrificing the therapeutic relationship.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with their therapist in the way that fits their life best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule consistent care around work, family, and other commitments.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone feels another clinician would be a better fit, it is possible to switch to a different therapist. Online therapy can be a practical, effective way to begin or continue mental health care while accommodating everyday life.
