Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over seven years of field experience. I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. I work primarily with adults, adolescents, and families. My clients have had a wide range of concerns such as trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce care, adjustment concerns, and career changes. I enjoy working with many theories, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Psychodynamic/ Object Relation Theory, and Motivational Interviewing.
I approach my sessions with the understanding every individual’s story is unique and I am passionate about working with the client towards achieving their personal goals. My clients have faced a variety of different obstacles. Some of these obstacles were being displaced from their home, experiencing anxiety due to the pandemic, and working through a significant traumatic event.
Through my personal experiences with counseling, I have learned the importance of establishing trust in my sessions. I also tailor my therapeutic technique to what works for the individual. It is my belief that safety, trust, and the space for change can occur within the relationship of the client and the therapist.
Each person deserves the space to be heard and I enter each session ready to provide you with empathy and my undivided attention. If you are ready to take that step than I am here to support and empower you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to them: through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and if someone wants a different therapeutic fit they may switch therapists at any time. For many people, the combination of accessibility and clinical support makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
