Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am a licensed therapist in Utah, Oregon, and New Mexico. I have over 15 years of experience, and I LOVE being a therapist! It’s amazing to be a part of others changing and improving their lives.
Of course I work with a wide range of clients – depression, anxiety, addiction, and grief/loss are primary emphases. I also have extensive experience with relationship issues and parenting problems.
I focus on person-centered therapy – using unconditional positive regard, emotional support, and a variety of specialized therapeutic techniques.
I want to give you a place where you feel safe and understood, so we can focus on setting goals, improving, and healing.
I provide live CHAT sessions only – if you are looking for phone/video sessions, I am not the therapist for you. You can also send me messages as often as you want! I have session availability on Wednesdays and occasionally on Fridays.
If it seems like we’d be a good fit, send me a message and we can get started right away!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – therapy delivered online can be as effective as in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions work well for a wide range of everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and varied lifestyles.
Another advantage is continuity of care. Licensed professionals and therapists provide treatment remotely, and if a different therapist would be a better match, clients typically have the option to switch to someone else.
Overall, online therapy offers an adaptable path to support and growth that many people find helpful when dealing with common mental health and life challenges.
