Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I view therapy as an active and collaborative process that allows for flexibility and fluidity based on your individual needs over time. I take time to get to know you as an individual and how your lived experiences, including the influence of oppressive systems, transgenerational narratives, culture, community, family, and societal norms have had an impact on your holistic well-being. I stray away from Eurocentric practices that view people as a collection of symptoms that need to be ‘fixed’. I view each client as a whole person with strengths they can utilize to build emotional foundations and achieve wellness.
I have substantial experience working with eating disorders, ADHD, high risk thoughts and behaviors, and Queer and transgender clients. Additionally, I have experience working with eating disorders in gay men, complex grief and loss (including loss through suicide), parents of transgender teens and adults, living with HIV/AIDS, and BIPOC clients.
The therapeutic environment I provide is an open, judgment free space where clients can talk about issues they may not be able to in their daily lives.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online care can be a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
