Currently, I work as an out-patient provider in both states. My certification’s are in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Experiential Therapy (ET). My prior experience includes work as a substance abuse counselor and therapist in a group home and mental health hospital.
I have worked with clients from a variety of populations with depression, anxiety, anger, parenting issues, PTSD, trauma , addiction and ADHD. My hope is to reach my clients where they are and assist them in reframing and supporting themselves through self-care. Increasing coping skills, utilizing grounding techniques and affirming sessions can help guide towards self actualization. I am here as a facilitator and supporter honored to be given the opportunity to assist clients. My focus is building positive cognitive behavioral practices and allowing clients to structure a foundation for a successful and promising future.
I believe in creating a space where clients feel a sense of welcome, belonging, and hope. Compassion and empathy are tenets at the heart of my work and I work to honor both every day. I hope to provide clients with the a safe space and set this intention daily. Therapy is challenging, takes courage and time and I am here to support you all the way.

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been demonstrated to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the format that fits their lifestyle, choosing video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to support and growth.
