Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – people can connect in the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
