Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here in the state of Texas. I have been working part time for 4 of the last 6 years. I took the opportunity to travel for the other 2 years and spent that time in Europe and Southeast Asia working with diverse populations and experiencing living different lifestyles. I have worked with a wide range of clients including those that struggle with autism spectrum disorders, substance abuse disorders, process addictions like self-harm and eating disorders, depression, anxiety, dual-diagnosed clients, ADHD, and interpersonal issues. The majority of my experience has been with adolescents and collegiate aged individuals and/or addiction populations.
I operate from a client-centered approach. I believe that understanding how you see yourself and the world around you is the first step towards helping you address the issues you would like to work on. I utilize various other counseling techniques that may be helpful to your unique situation and tailor treatment to each individual.
I believe that asking for help is the bravest thing a person can do. If people are willing to meet halfway, then I will be here to support you in meeting your goals and becoming the person you want to be.
I look forward to walking with you in this journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access care from different locations.
Therapists offering remote services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you feel another provider would be a better fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective route to support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
