Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Alex.
I am a BACP registered counsellor with several years of experience working in counselling centres, addiction treatment settings, and private practice across Cape Town, Belgium, and now London.
I take a person centred, client guided approach to helping. This means I’ll walk side by side with you to support you in finding and building the change you need in a safe, non-judgemental space, challenging where needed but always working together with you to help you make the changes you need.
Before becoming a therapist I worked and lived in London in various corporate roles. Then, in facing my own challenges with addiction I moved to Cape Town to retrain as a therapist, and set out to help others in the way I was helped by others. I know what it takes to come out of very dark places, and my goal is to help you do the same, wherever you might find yourself.
I have availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is practical flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility helps therapy fit more easily around work, family, and daily routines.
Each therapist you work with will be a licensed professional, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a convenient route to support for many common mental health and life challenges.
