Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello I’m Alex, you have taken the first steps in reaching out which can be sometimes the hardest part. Whether you are feeling anxious, down, overwhelmed, relationship troubles or going through a difficult time in your life.
I have over 10 years experience of counselling, dealing with stress, anxiety, addictions, family struggle, relationships, PTSD and depression. Also in high pressure situations and providing coaching for rehabilitation of injury, disease and fitness.
My counselling style is friendly, at the clients pace and I don’t use big complicated words or phrases which only confuses and hinders the therapeutic relationship. Seeking help is a unnerving process but it shows strength of character that you are here looking to feel happier.
My approach is person centered and have worked with all kinds of clients from all ages – primary school to adults. I hope to provide a safe place in which you can confidentially explore your thoughts and emotions with support.
We go through a lot in life and sometimes we need that little bit of support to get over things. If you are going through any kind of struggle then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and clients are free to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit.
