Adrian Jackson is an integrative therapist based in the United Kingdom who offers a warm, supportive space to explore a range of challenges. He works collaboratively with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and other common difficulties, helping them recognise patterns, manage emotions and work towards lasting change.
Adrian draws on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory and Person-Centred Therapy, and he is registered with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), which reflects his commitment to working within an established professional and ethical framework. His approach is client-led and non-judgemental - sessions focus on listening, understanding and supporting people to make changes at a pace that suits them.
Sometimes Adrian will explore how past experiences, including childhood, influence present difficulties. Other times he uses written exercises or practical strategies to help process emotions and build coping skills. He also provides space simply to talk things through and gain clarity when that is what is needed.
Part of Adrian’s work includes supporting men to explore and express emotions, recognising how social expectations can make vulnerability difficult. Before training as a therapist he worked many years in hospitality and with charities on mentoring and rehabilitation programmes, supporting people in prison through personal development and reintegration. These experiences have informed his belief in resilience and the potential for change. Adrian has three years of clinical experience and works with a wide range of concerns, including stress, relationships, addictions, trauma, ADHD, career issues and compassion fatigue.
