I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with over 24 years of experience providing counseling and support to individuals and families. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns to include depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting problems, and substance abuse. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma through physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
My counseling style is genuine, non-judgmental, and interactive. I believe everyone deserves dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive therapy. I am client-centered which implies that you are the expert of your life.
