Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
It has been a rewarding experience working with various clients since 2016 as a trainee therapist. I qualified as a psychotherapist in 2018 and have since created a niche to work with evidenced based knowledge using direct application to real-world clinical practice within mental health services.
My work experience pans through working with the young adults, adults, bereaved, and people experiencing anxiety, depression or work related issues using applied integrative psychological interventions to help navigate through difficult emotional states.
I am a reflective practitioner and also feel humbled to sensitively listen to my clients’ unspoken words. I have gained an understanding that no two clients are the same, thus my expertise and experience comes from good level of exposure to real life issues, but my compassion for the caring services comes from my conditioning as an empathetic person with commitment to scientific and evidence-based practice.
My practice hours varies as I try to accommodate my clients schedule. I do morning and evening sessions. I generally can respond to my clients at least once per morning and once per evening, sometimes more, depending on my caseload! You can also book a live session with me ahead of time.
Please remember that BetterHelp is not appropriate if you are in crisis or in immediate need of support. In crisis situations, please call 999 or local emergency services.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For most common concerns – like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many common issues, online therapy offers an accessible and effective route to support.
