Certain life events and experiences can often block feeling capable to do this but counselling can be beneficial towards gaining clarity and understanding for reconnecting you with who you are and doing what is best for you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
