Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can meet with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit counseling into everyday life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would like a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time.
